How if Chatbox in the top of the Forum?And the color of font!

Hello there.

How about if Chatbox are in the top of the Forum?Anyone can see it and will like to join the Chat.

And,about the font,i cannot see the font.You can change it into black in Admin Panel>>>Display>>>Pictures And Colors>>>Colors

Change the Font Color 1 into black
